Get Outside: The Camping Collection

— By: Alison Wu

With summer almost at our doorstep, we are anticipating a full season of camping trips and weekend adventures in the outdoors, beginning this Memorial Day weekend. Whether you’re headed to the coast, the forest or the desert, our Camping Collection brings you all you need for a weekend (or a week, if you’re lucky) in the outdoors.

When planning a spring camping trip, you have to be prepared. You can’t count on the sun always shining. And we never want a little wild weather to get in our way of spending time outside. New for the Spring ’15 Collection, our women’s Slight Jacket provides lightweight protection from wind and rain. It easily stuffs into the back pocket and features a carrying loop, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. Our Cranky Jacket for men offers complete waterproof protection while being lightweight and breathable enough to wear in warmer temps. A few other key pieces to throw in your bags; Ladies, the Randygoat Hoody, in case it gets chilly, Affinity Short and Stylus Pant. For the guys, the Randygoat Hoody, as well, the M2 Crew and the Utilize or Aqueous Short.

Light your campsite with a warm fire, and when you need a little extra light in your tent, try the Mini Hozuki LED Candle Lantern. If the fire isn’t enough to keep you warm at night, cozy up with the Pendleton Washable Wool Throw, or pour some red wine (or whiskey, if you prefer) into a Stainless Steel Wine Tumbler. If you’re not planning on backpacking and car camping is more your thing, the Fluent Traveler is the perfect weekender size to carry everything you need.
