As The Thought Kitchen nears its one-year anniversary (8/24, for those of you interested), we’re pretty thrilled about the ideas, discoveries, people and topics that have found their way into our company. We’ve grown in our awareness of the blog world, and awareness of us has grown as well. To that end, we wanted to acknowledge that we’ve updated our list of Like Minds links (at left) with a bunch more interesting, compelling and often inspiring sites. Check ‘em out. They’re where we go for insight, info and laughs. You should too. Thanks for reading, and keep the comments coming!

hi otis, i love your store! i ‘ve not bought anything yet, but i visited your store in boulder and in chicago. just did a search on hemp and nothing came up. would love it if you would consider adding some hemp and organic cotton or hemp and silk or hemp and something clothing to your mix. you guys are doing a fantastic job and i hope you keep expanding and keep doing what you’re doing. we have some cool hemp products, we make most of the hemp handbags, backpacks, hats, and wallets, but we try to sell anything and everything made of hemp on our site. if you get a chance, pls stop by and say hey… keep it up… let me know how i can help… (my sister lives in boulder and my cousin in chicago, i brought them both in to your store… helping to spread the word… but if i can do something, let me know) take care… ed–

    Hi Ed,

Thanks for your comments and support. Spreading the word is about the best thing we can ask of people who are aligned with what we’re doing. We’re exploring hemp for some of our products, so stay tuned for more on that as we figure out where it might fit in our product line. As for NYC, it’s in the works! Don’t have hard dates yet, but we’re looking forward to having a presence there.

    All the best,

    Otis
