A Vanilla Buttered Muffin
Just came across this lovely little short, via bikeportland.org, which takes a look at local frame builder Sacha White, whose talent is getting more and more attention these days. It’s a fun piece, and may make you decide that your ride is woefully inadequate. I did.

Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate and share your passion for the art of cycling. Your posts are always some of my favorite.
This post in particular shares so much with the art that is the Nau line off product. Sacha’s artistic attention to detail is mind-boggling and truly beautiful…do you ride it or hang it on your wall?! This was the same thought I had when I first held the Nau urbane jacket in my hands and felt the quality and appreciated the artisic approach to building a beautiful product that is so finely balanced with exceptional performance.
Thank goodness Nau doesn’t have a waiting list (like Vanilla does)…well, not yet.
Thx!

Hey Glenn,
Thanks for the note, and the kind words. I’ve know Sacha casually for a while, and it’s great to see his work find the audience and success it deserves. Someday, I may even be able to ride one myself. I’m glad you see parallels in our work and his, as we’re trying to bring real craftsmanship to our products and elevate that as something to be noticed and valued.
Keep on reading, and send anything cool you come across our way!
